Prices include applicable VAT. The recurring total and first payment date are shown before you confirm checkout. Confirmed-click limits reset each calendar month. At the limit, further attempts are recorded but notifications pause until the reset.
A few things you might be wondering.
What happens when someone clicks my button?
By default, they land on a short request form with their email address and message. You can also choose a confirmation-only page without contact details. Responello sends the notification or webhook only after the form is sent or the action is confirmed. An email open or a page visit alone does not send a notification or webhook.
How do urgent requests reach me while I am away?
Connect Telegram or Pocket Alert as a channel and assign it to the button in your out-of-office reply. Both deliver through their apps on your phone, so the work laptop can stay behind. Responello does not send SMS or call a phone number.
Can Responello publish my website or run my automation?
No. After the recipient confirms, Responello sends a JSON webhook, optionally signed, to an HTTPS endpoint you control. Your own automation, such as a deployment pipeline or a workflow tool, decides what happens next. Responello does not host, deploy or run anything on your side.
Can recipients answer Yes or No with a single click?
Not yet. Live buttons lead to a confirmation page or request form before a notification or webhook is sent. Visits are recorded separately from confirmed actions. The feedback demo is a concept preview and is not included in any plan.
Where can I use my button?
Use the generated HTML in an email signature or out-of-office reply that supports HTML. Formatting support varies by email client, so send yourself a test before using it. A plain-text fallback link is also available.
Do I need to know how to code?
No code is needed to design the button. Responello generates the HTML for you. You just need an email editor that lets you insert HTML, then connect the channel where you want your alerts.
How does the free trial work?
Your 14-day trial of Starter or Pro starts when you confirm checkout with a payment method. Nothing is charged for the trial. After it ends, your selected monthly or annual subscription starts automatically unless you cancel. We email you three days before the first payment. One trial per account. Creating another account with the same email does not grant a new trial while the 24-month trial check is retained, including after account deletion.
Can I cancel during the trial?
Yes. Open Billing, then Manage or cancel subscription. Cancel before the first payment date shown at checkout to avoid a charge. When paid access ends, new accounts return to preview mode with notification delivery paused. Accounts with Free access return to the Free limits shown in Billing.
Do you provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA / AVV)?
Yes. Our English customer DPA forms part of the Terms of Service you accept when creating your account. It covers processing details, security measures and our subprocessors. You can optionally record your organisation details in your account to receive a personalised copy.
Will Responello tell me who clicked?
New buttons use a contact form so visitors can share their email address and message. These details are supplied by the visitor, not detected automatically. Confirmation-only buttons collect no contact details, and analytics show aggregated activity.
