About Responello
A small tool for moments that matter, built by one person.
I am Mathias Kusch. I build and run Responello on my own, for independent professionals and small teams who want a button in their emails to set something useful in motion.
Why I built it
I wanted a small action in an email to lead to something useful: an urgent request reaching me while I am away, or a customer starting a launch themselves. Responello makes that possible without monitoring email opens.
- Let clients flag selected requests while I am away, without sharing my personal phone number.
- Let a customer give the go-ahead that starts a connected workflow.
- Keep signatures and proposal follow-ups simple when one clear next step helps.
What I hold myself to
I keep setup straightforward and explain what happens after a click. You can ask for a simple confirmation or use a request form when you need contact details.
- No tracking pixel or email-open monitoring.
- Aggregate product analytics by default.
- Account export and deletion controls in the workspace.
