Product overview

A button in your email. An action you choose.

Responello turns a button in your out-of-office reply, your signature or a single email into a confirmed signal: a notification on your phone or in your team channel, or a webhook to your own automation.

Try the confirmation flow before you set it up.

Switch between scenarios, press the example button, and see when Responello would send the alert or webhook.

Out of office. Still within reach.

ToAlex Rivera

Thanks for your email! I’m away until Monday and my work laptop is staying at the studio. If something truly cannot wait, use the button below and I will get a heads-up on my phone.

Demo only. No email or alert is sent. Demo inputs stay in your browser; aggregate event totals measure feature use.

Two things you can set up today

Out of office: leave the work laptop behind and let the one request that cannot wait reach Telegram or Pocket Alert on your phone. Go-ahead: let a customer confirm the launch, and Responello calls the webhook that starts your own automation.

  • An out-of-office button with a short request form, routed to the app on your phone.
  • A confirmation-only button connected to a webhook for your own workflow.
  • The same button in a signature or a proposal when one clear next step helps.

Confirmed clicks, then useful signals

Responello separates an initial link visit from a confirmed action. After confirmation, it can notify you by email, Slack, Telegram, Discord, Pocket Alert, or webhook.

  • Assign one or more destinations to a button.
  • Offer a one-step confirmation or a short request form.
  • Review aggregate click and delivery activity in the workspace.

Practical notes

  1. Email client formatting varies, so always send yourself a test message before rollout.

  2. Responello does not use an email tracking pixel or report email opens.

  3. The person clicking chooses whether to confirm and whether to submit contact details.

  4. Responello sends the webhook. Publishing, deploying or any further step runs in your own automation.
